Empowered Nutrition Rooted in Your Lifestyle

I’m Maria Andreina, a physiologist and Certified Nutritionist.

My passion is helping people improve their well-being through functional, simple, and non-restrictive nutrition. I believe in the power of listening to your body and building habits that suit your lifestyle.


Currently, I’m pursuing a Master’s degree in Sports Nutrition and Body Composition and I´m specializing in Women´s Health. These continued studies allow me to provide a more holistic, evidence-based approach that bridges nutrition and movement—helping you feel and function your best, in a way that’s sustainable.
